REFUND_POLICY

ELIGIBILITY

Refunds are available under the following conditions:

  • Technical issues preventing game functionality
  • Purchase made within the last 14 days
  • Game not downloaded or played
  • Duplicate purchases

REFUND_PROCESS

To request a refund:

  • Contact our support team within 14 days of purchase
  • Provide order number and reason for refund
  • Allow up to 5 business days for review
  • Refunds processed to original payment method

NON_REFUNDABLE_ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Virtual currency or in-game items used
  • Game progress or achievements unlocked
  • Season passes or DLC content accessed
  • Gift purchases redeemed by recipient

DIGITAL_CONTENT

Special considerations for digital content:

  • Refunds processed within 5-10 business days
  • Access revoked upon refund approval
  • Cloud saves may be retained for 30 days
  • Multiplayer access suspended after refund

SUBSCRIPTION_SERVICES

Subscription refund policies:

  • Pro-rated refunds for unused time
  • Cancellation effective immediately
  • No refunds for used subscription benefits
  • Automatic renewal must be cancelled separately

EXCEPTIONS

Special circumstances may be considered:

  • Extended technical issues
  • Service disruptions
  • Account security concerns
  • Special promotional circumstances
